Arnold Moore
Arnold and his wife, Ann reside in Polk County. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.  He is a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Arnold teaches a Sunday School class at Beech Springs Baptist Church.   Arnold began his career in the pest control industry in 1966.  He took a job at a large national company where he stayed until 1976. On January 1, 1976 he formed Moore Exterminating Company. He owned and operated that business 30 years, until January 1, 2006 when our company purchased it from him. Arnold continues to work with us, in a part-time capacity. Arnold has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this industry. Arnold is licensed as a Pest Control Operator in the State of Tennessee and the State of Georgia. He continues to attend educational seminars to constantly increase his knowledge, so he can better serve his clients. Arnold treats everyone he meets as family and he provides each of them with the high level of service his company became known for. Arnold spends his days off working on his farm and playing with his grandchildren.

Roger Baker
Roger is a resident of Bradley County and joined our company in May 2007. Roger has two children, Zach and Blakely. Roger previously worked at a tool and equipment supply company. Erik Gardner was in the store purchasing a drill and Roger assisted him. Roger was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He obviously was very committed to taking care of his customers. Erik was so impressed by him that he offered Roger a job on the spot! "I knew immediately Roger was the kind of person I wanted on our team!" stated Erik.  He has completed our in-house training program and has proven himself to be a dedicated employee. He passed his State Certification exam on December 5, 2007 and is now a certified applicator in the State of Tennessee. We are very happy to have Roger working with us. Roger is an outstanding person and we know all of his clients will agree.

Whitney Walsh
Whitney resides in Bradley County. He is a 2000 graduate of Bradley Central High School and is a 2005 graduate of Cleveland State Community College. He joined our company in 2006. He has proven himself to be a very valuable employee. He completed our in-house training program and passed his State Certification test in July of 2006. He has far surpassed the call of duty in the performance of his job! He is very dedicated to our company and to his clients. He takes client satisfaction very seriously and his recent survey score reflects this. 

Gilbert Arms
Gilbert Arms is a resident of Bradley County. He is married to Wendee Arms and they have two daughters, Ashley and Breelee. Gilbert and his family attend First Baptist Church. He has been working in the pest control industry for 10 years. Gilbert has extensive training in all phases of pest management. He is certified by both the State of Tennessee and the State of Georgia as a pesticide applicator. He attends continuing education seminars to constantly increase his knowledge, so he can better serve his clients. Gilbert focuses on delivering the highest level of customer service. He goes the extra mile to make sure his clients have a pest-free home now and in the future.
