Which Termite Control Company?

Last year termites did 5 BILLION dollars in damage to American homes. These are people just like you who assumed their builder made sure their home was protected.

Many builders will cut costs wherever they can. One way is to hire a fly-by-night company to perform the termite pre-treatment.

The builder receives a letter stating that a treatment was performed, which is all he legally needs. It does not however guarantee the future homeowner that it was an effective treatment that will protect your home into the future.

 The builder will only save a nominal amount of money! A high quality termite pre-treatment on a 2,000 square foot home usually costs about $575.00 and has a strong guarantee standing behind it.

1. Soil Treatments:
Using this method of treatment we apply a liquid pesticide into the soil around the foundation of the home. There are several different pesticides that can be used to perform this treatment. Some are inexpensive and have a very short residual life. Some are more expensive and have a long residual life.  (You can guess which material the fly-by-nighters use!)

2. Wood Treatments:
We also provide treatments directly to the wood framing in new construction. The compound we use is a naturally occuring mineral called "Borate". We apply this material to the surface of the wood and allow it to penetrate. This material is extremely safe! (It has the same toxicity to humans as table salt!) The best feature is, it lasts for the life of the wood!
