Q. How long will I have to leave my home?

Q. Do I have to be home when my service is performed?
A. No! We have a number of service programs that do not require your presence. We also have a number of clients that give us keys to access their homes. It is entirely up to you! Our service technicians always call well ahead of time and schedule your appointment, they are very flexible, they will work hard to find a time that is convenient for you. With our exterior perimeter treatment we come to your home at a pre-designated time and make the application, we then leave a service ticket on your door to alert you that the service has been performed. Q. If I have pest problem between service visits, what do I do?
You simply call our office and we will return as soon as it is convenient for you! We take client satisfaction very seriously! Our company policy is, that each call for extra-service must be returned and an appointment scheduled within 30 minutes after the technician receives it. He will set a time to come and eliminate your problem usually the same day as your call. Our commitment is for 100% of our clients to be 100% satisifed!
